Best. Week. Ever!

A few weeks back, I had a banner week. This past week just blew it out of the water. Amazingly, I lost 6.2 pounds this week, four of those pounds coming in the last day. I was shocked when I read this morning’s reading on the scale. I weighed myself three times just to make sure, even waiting several minutes between the last two readings. I couldn’t believe it. All the hard work this week — working much harder at cardio while continuing to keep my daily calorie intake below 1800 calories a day — paid off.

I blew past this week’s goal of 45 pounds lost and am tantalizingly close to 50 pounds. As it stands today, I’m at 48.9 pounds lost since January 1st — of this year.

Now, I fully expect a bounce back of weight gain in the next few days, but I am oh so very close to hitting my latest goal of 50 pounds lost by next week. But for right now, this has been truly my best week ever.
